At first I was so excited to get the juicer. Everything looks good and professional. I was wondering why they got such a bad review and I know why after using this juicer for the first time I have to agree and believe what the review doesn't say in the ad. In the picture I use celery, cucumber and vegetables only apple and jam. I have to open it up and clean it up and try again and it's like the picture again. Try cleaning it again like in the ad they said just pour water in but it doesn't work as said. To me, my old $150 juicer is way better than this Biochef. So sad
