The ability for employees/managers to see their daily work schedules in advance which helps with planning ahead as well as taking care that they don't have too much work during certain times (e.g., weekends).
I dislike how it can be difficult at first because some features aren't intuitively obvious but once you get used to using them everything runs smoothly! We've been able to use this tool effectively since we started implementing our new system several years ago now. It's helped us manage shift requests more efficiently than before, especially when people were working from home sometimes or had flexible hours.
