The best personal fan!
This is an amazing fan. I didn't use it on my neck because of the long hair, but when the hair is up it's fine. I love this fan! I use it so many times a day. Two fans can be redirected so that one cools in one direction and the other cools down. My husband gave me one and I bought this for my sister. At low speed, it takes about 8 hours before the next charge.
