The shoes themselves are way more comfortable than I ever thought they would be, but I have a few SMALL gripes. First, the tongue of the shoe is annoyingly thin, puckers, and ends up sliding left or right after I lace everything up and begin my activity (Official of Indiana Basketball Games). It's not a big problem, but it's definitely annoying. Second, the shoes fit much better than expected and they are of course wider than regular shoes. I ordered the "wide" version in a size 12 and it's REALLY WIDE with lots of extra legroom. I am also annoyed by the "return policy" on this shoe via Revain. I would definitely return the shoes to get the "regular" width in a size 11.5, but that would require buying new shoes and paying shipping to return the originals. Then, AFTER they receive the pair I had to pay to return them, they will eventually refund me. After all! These shoes cost $150, so this lengthy and tedious process is just beyond my means (and probably a lot of other people too). So basically I have a VERY NICE and VERY COMFORTABLE pair of shoes. That's just a little bit more than I'd like. If the shoes actually fit me, I could definitely give FIVE STARS.
