The ease to set up multiple sites with the same template was great! At first I found out how customizable it could be and that there were tons more options than you might expect at checkout time. It took me hours upon hours to get things working correctly - even with help from other users who had experience with this product. Make sure someone has used before purchasing because it takes some getting into all fields correctly without errors showing up when submitting your order or making changes after purchase. We have many different departments within our office using pdm to manage devices we need setup/maintained across several locations. The ability to manage all our product configurations from one system makes it easy to track changes made by multiple users across many different sites. It's not always intuitive but with some training you can get used to using this tool effectively. I would like to see more options available when creating new work orders or configuring existing ones. We have been able to eliminate much manual data entry and reduce errors that previously occurred during changeovers between facilities.
