There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this backpack. Perfect fit for my large 17.3" Dell Inspiron 5759. I wish there was some extra room so I could keep my laptop up my sleeve for those times I want to take it out of my backpack, but still protected am. But that's just on my wish list, and it certainly doesn't beat this backpack. Carrying my heavy laptop and 10.1 tablet on my back in this backpack was very comfortable. There is an abundance of padding and comfortable support straps. This backpack is a bag lover's dream. There are compartments everywhere. I'm obsessed with pocket organization so I'm in heaven with this one. Zippered compartments everywhere! If I filled all the compartments of this bag, I probably wouldn't be able to carry it. Large front compartment for personal items with slots for cards, passport, pens, boarding passes. Oh, and a two piece keychain with a snap ring for your convenience. You'll never have to look for your keys in the bottom of your bag again. I will be using this to store all my luggage lock keys when I travel. The USB port is a wonderful bonus. I could have used this backpack when I was at a Star Trek conference when my phone battery died. I plugged my phone into the charger I had in my backpack. I had to leave my backpack partially open to tug on the drawstring while walking. It would be nice to connect through the port on the bag and leave the backpack zipped. Buy this bag, you won't regret it.
