Yes, they fit TSX 09-10. BUT the adjuster screw is just a screw, it has no mechanism to adjust through a hole in the bumper. To adjust them you need to remove the bumper. Also, they are very cheap, the bulbs are not fixed very securely in the lamp, they can move and vibrate loose. I suggest only buying them if you're trying to sell TXs. Do not use them in a private vehicle as a loose bulb may fail and cause a fire.
