I love these hard cases. They are easy to put on and take off and protect the watch quite well. But as for the guarantee, forget it! The company does not have a website and there is no information about the company with the product. (Federal law requires them to provide a guarantee on the product, including a way to contact them. But they don't. This means there is NO WARRANTY.) Finally, as for the claim that the product will not yellow, you can forget that too. The material these cases are made of, polycarbonate, yellows quickly; just like soft TPU cases. The only way to avoid yellowing is to apply a UV resistant coating such as acrylic. These cases have no such coating. Good polycarbonate lenses don't yellow over the years and don't get scratched by the coating, but they don't have a protective layer. While polycarbonate is difficult to break, it is easy to scratch.
