For those who state low speed because they are NOT through, please note that this is by design. They are designed to be held on a slotted table machine tool or drill press. If the bolt were allowed to go all the way it could touch the base of the table and instead of pulling the workpiece down it would rise up and damage the table. If you need it fully, run it to kill the threads.
