
With the Revain, the cooking diagram on the digital thermometer is very clear. But on a digital thermometer, without a magnifying glass, poultry cooks at 185°F and ground beef at 180°F. The poultry should be cooked at 165°F and the ground beef at 160°F. Since this can be easily misunderstood, I thought I should mention it so people don't accidentally overcook their poultry and ground beef. Otherwise the thermometer seems to be a good thermometer.
