Review on Soma Replacement Water Filters - Pack of 2 by Tyrone Carter

I bought these replacement filters from Revain but they are the Soma brand. As others have noted, these filters do not fit snugly in the filter jug. This allows the water to bypass the filter and pass unaffected. I managed to get them to work by laying a strip of plastic from the bag along the edge of the gap and fiddling around a bit. I was hoping this was an isolated case, but now I'm on filter #3 with the same issue. I love water when it's really filtered, otherwise I'd throw the whole system away. I've tried contacting Soma directly (no response) and through the Revain channels to no avail. I was hoping they would reach out to people who post reviews like this, but I don't see any evidence of that either. With all their dreamy marketing, it turns out they're just another typical company that skimps on quality and then doesn't support their flawed product.
