In general I am satisfied with the purchase. (Now I've bought two.) Unfortunately, I had a few issues with it: an initial chemical smell and an overloaded USB on my 65-inch Panasonic plasma. The smell was probably due to the large amount of 3M tape in the product. . I solved this problem by letting it air out in my garage for a few days. However, I think the problem was actually solved when I threw away the double sticky tape cover after attaching the product to the back of the TV. The overloaded USB was a bit scary, but it had no lasting effect. I solved this problem by (a) buying a USB adapter and a USB-based extension cable, and (b) adding an Alexa-compatible plug to the mix. All in all, the lighting offset does a wonderful job of brightening up the TV picture. on the eyes. It also highlights some of the images placed above the TV - something my uplights couldn't handle. It was a great purchase. I recommend checking if your TV's USB port can handle 1 amp and 5 volts. (My small 32" LG could do this, but my larger 65" VT60 couldn't. This information is likely found on the TV or its manual). Rear of the TV as it is desirable to have a flat edge for the projected light. I found that a fully closed rectangular path looks best.
