The ability for us as an organization that runs our business from home during COVID times is super helpful! We have been able manage customer requests in realtime without having any physical presence within them at this point.

Our office has closed but we are still doing work remotely so its great not being limited by space or needing employees around when they need their day off (or sick). Nothing really - it's just something I realized how much more efficient my daily workflow was before going remote vs now after getting back into traditional office spaces again.
