If you enjoy outdoor activities like hiking or jogging early in the morning or late at night, you MUST have these arm/leg wraps VISIBLE. These arm/leg wraps are SUPER bright. The three settings (fast blink, slow blink, constant blink) are great! They charge quickly and hold a charge for several hours. I use it 30 minutes a day and have to charge it about every 3 days. Your usage will vary, but the point is that it charges while you exercise. My only suggestion would be to maybe suggest wrist/ankle sizes. I'm a 5ft 3in female and can only use tape on the shoulders or calves. It would be nice to be able to wear them on the ankles. Easy-to-use Velcro straps keep the straps in place. Will definitely buy these again if needed or ask my family/friends to buy them.
