I retired from my old job for a short time. I've used new products and compared them to what I've used before. I liked the crystal clear look. It's the same as the more expensive bags I've used in the past. Bags need to be handled with care due to their thinness. I didn't, but I was afraid that any pressure would cause a tear. However, I was able to use them and the end result looked good. Also, with every product that came my way, I had a constant thought: what's the point of making something if the quality is so low that when you use it you have to bet on whether it will succeed in achieving what you want. Result. If these bags were a little stronger, they would be a lot more useful in the long run. I can't imagine the price increase couldn't be minimized like the strength of the bag would.
