I give 3/5 for the price. Mine lasted a year and a half before it broke. Started speeding up and slowing down randomly while listening to the recording. But up to that point it worked quite well. Can't handle records that are too scratched, can skip scratches where a better player wouldn't. The built-in speakers are quite small and therefore a bit quiet. However, this can be solved by connecting your own speakers via the headphone jack or the red and white cable inputs on the back. The stylus also flexes slightly sideways when you drag it across the platter, resulting in only one speaker playing, but replacement parts are cheap and come with a spare. It's ok for the price but don't expect it to last more than a year and a half. Also a minor issue was that the tonearm clip that holds it in place broke easily. The device is very portable, although this is a plus
