I generally prefer cinnamon toothpaste and have been using cinnamon since the 1990's. As I've transitioned to more natural, organic I've had a hard time deciding what to use but this one is great and I've bought it several times (sometimes from Whole Foods but it's 30 minutes away and I don't want to just travel for it).time). If you're not used to cinnamon and spices, this might be too much for you, but for me, it's refreshing and delicious. This is the only one I will be buying, hopefully forever if the company lasts that long and I hope it will!
