When the product broke, the leg of one earring broke off and the shaft of the other earring was bent, the seller immediately replaced the item. Not a single replacement earring broke. The stems are not broken. The stems are strong, strong, fits all 6 pairs of earrings. There are no bent messages on any of the spare pair's earrings. Refund received shortly after item was returned and confirmed. The return is very easy and efficient. These 6 pairs of earrings are unique, cool and amazing! I am now very satisfied with the earrings and the good customer service.
