Doesn't appear to support USB 3 speeds

In my testing, this cable worked at or below USB2 speeds. Using a different cable with the same connectors worked at the expected speed, so the problem was definitely with that cable. I'm wondering if I have bad cables as another review says they work, but I'm not sure if they tested the speeds.
