I say amazing because AiAiAi DJ phones are great. Both better and cheaper than all the popular designer brand kits for comparable products (Dre, Bose, etc.). But these buds are just awful. (1) The spectrum is very, very large. It's more complicated than clear and sharp. The bass is a bit overwhelming in the mix. Everything sounds flat, not three-dimensional. You might get away with listening to old-school hip-hop, but any music with complex textures or sophisticated tones is difficult to see through. Kidneys, over or through music. That's a big no go. AiAiAi is not incompetent so it must be pure negligence. An impressive design flaw. (3) Comfort is not the worst, but mediocre. (4) Should I say something about the price? I would pay maybe $5 for them. AiAiAi has a great design philosophy and some real talent among their engineers. How they could treat their customers with crap like toilets is beyond me.
