Ordered for my son and didn't charge fully so it didn't last long b4 needed to be plugged in. Slow loading process. I ordered a replacement and the seller delivered quickly, but the second left joystick didn't work, it went the other way when rotated. I requested a refund and they received the item 4 days later, the oil never returned a refund. After 2 weeks I had to contact Amazon to get my money back which I received straight away. The seller is dishonest when they say full refund and their products are not good. Order at your own risk!
