As a sensitive person with chronic diseases, I am pleased that it has NO SMELL and NOTHING SYNTHETIC, which means high quality. I've seen a previous reviewer rate so poorly that he can find Epsom Salts at the dollar store for cheaper, yes, with CHEMICALS and SYNTHETICS at the expense of your health. Trust me I have tried and had negative chemical reactions to lower quality products, not all products are created equal, this product, SaltCo's Epsoak, I trust and have learned to trust through unsuccessful trial and error. I always love to buy this salt and since I found it I have not lost my way, this is what I have been buying for 3 YEARS. I use 2 cups of this pure Epsom salt in my detox bath. , remineralizing and replenishing my body, stiff muscles, inflammation, stress, gastrointestinal distress and soft skin. Sometimes I put Epsom salts, baking soda, and essential oils together in a glass bowl (do not mix, the oil will just float to the surface of the water unless mixed with anything), stir, add to bath, and let soak for 20-30 minutes in warm water. My skin is always softer afterwards and I am always much calmer. I love that I can customize the scent with natural products and even herbs as Epsoak is NOT FRAGRATED. Making custom blends/Epsom salt blends with EPSOAK has become my favorite hobby. Thanks to my naturopath who said it might help with the fatigue, pain relief and inflammation I was having. I have found MANY benefits from this, baths are now a big part of my personal care routine. When I don't want the whole bath, I do a foot bath with Epsom salts in a bucket and still get the benefits. Also, I wanted to try this on my rose bushes, but unfortunately I think I killed them before I had the chance. This is the project of the future!
