As mentioned in previous reviews, the material feels very soft. It attracts lint very strongly (doesn't bother me) but dries very easily after one or two lanes in the pool. My wrist circumference is 6 to 6.25 inches and I use the newest hole. So if you have a smaller wrist than me, watch out. Your measurements are pretty accurate as I used them to determine if it would fit me or not.
