I like that it's easy enough, even if you're not tech savvy at all! The support staff are really helpful too - they will walk through anything with you until your set up exactly how you want it so there isn't any guess work or confusion about what features should be used in which situation/context.
They can also offer recommendations of other tools as well (Kiwi Forms being one). It requires some knowledge but once setup most people don’t have much trouble using this app after trying out their demo version first. We've been able track our customer interactions better than ever before by creating an inventory tool within KWR itself rather then having multiple spreadsheets tracking orders coming into stock from different sources.
