At first the online size was the size of the outer label (L 14-16), but the inner label sewn on the back said "L 12-14". Obviously a big difference. Second, the crotch is very oddly low, so the fit is very odd. When my son wears shorts just below his waist, as he usually does, the crotch is so low that it's actually difficult to move and walk in them. When you lift the shorts to fix the crotch issue, they are no longer above the knee, but rather above the knee, with excessive lumps of tissue around his stomach. Unfortunately, larger size will not solve our problem.
