We recently launched Loyalty Bay for our customers to receive points when they shop with us. We are able to track point redemption from the moment the customer makes a purchase. The customer interface is easy to navigate and has a lot of features. They are very responsive to any feedback given by our team. The customer experience is great and we are happy to see the positive reviews we are getting. None, I am happy with the platform. We are trying to reward our customers for their loyalty. There are no negative reviews as of yet. We are tracking and rewarding our customers for shopping with us.
