I am someone who takes great pleasure in their ability to complete do-it-yourself projects, so I was excited to test out the home improvement products that Fleximounts offers. My experience, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired in many ways. The storage and organizing solutions were weak and did not have the usefulness that was promised. In addition, the garage storage racks were an absolute ordeal to put together. To make matters worse, when I attempted to resolve my problems, the customer support department did not respond and was not helpful. If you are seeking for products that are of a high quality and can be relied on, as well as excellent customer service, I recommend going elsewhere. Spending your time or money on Fleximounts is a waste of both.
