I like how easy it was to set up, especially as a beginner! It's user friendly and allows for flexibility with customizing features. I wish there were more people using this app. We've found that the most helpful feature of this platform has been the live chat help team. Their services are always available, and they answer quickly when we have questions about our workflows. The only thing I don't really use often but occasionally do - is the document upload feature. This can be cumbersome because sometimes you want to send documents/files via email instead of uploading them into your system where those people can see them directly in their inbox. Otherwise the whole process flows very smoothly through all the steps. If someone looking at other ATS solutions sees something similar or better than what Hirelist offers - it may be worth exploring first. Having an employee-focused and streamlined ATS makes our life much easier!
