I am in my mid-30s, with brown highlighted hair, that's past my shoulders. However, this shampoo is targeted for aging hair, but I think anyone can benefit from this shampoo. I only shampoo my hair twice a week at night, and each time I've used this, I've woken up with some pretty sexy hair. In fact, I move my hair around like the ladies do in those Pantene commercials. So yes, this shampoo did plump up my hair at the roots, which isn't as thick as it used to be.The shampoo comes in a 6.7oz metal bottle, and the cap has a larger opening that I'm used to seeing. You can't squeeze the bottle, so be careful when pouring out the shampoo as it comes out really quick. The directions say to use a quarter size amount, lather, rinse, and repeat but leave on for 2 mins. I do not do the repeat part, because I feel that's a gimmick to use up the bottle quicker and purchase more. I've seen results from shampooing once. The shampoo has a pleasant scent, that's very familiar to me, I'm pretty sure it's like Pantene. I did notice that I needed to use more than a quarter size in my hair. So, yes I'm pleased with the results of this product, and I would purchase more.
