Styrofoam balls covered with small felt
These are not felt balls. These are foam balls covered with felt. This is also sloppy as you can tell the felt is loose and doesn't stay on the balls for long. They came on a very cheap thread (white yarn). As I tried to tie them together to make them look a little prettier, white bits started falling out of the balloons. It was unsettling. You will be returned.
