Brooks Catamount shoes are my new trail show trekking. I've worn them on both the BR100 and Leadville100 this year. These shoes drain incredibly well when wet and submerged in water for hours, they are comfortable and although the cleats are not very big/deep they work great. These shoes also work great in the transition from trail to pavement when there are sections of pavement during an ultramarathon or workout. Brooks did a great job making these shoes and I hope they stay and never go out of production.
