There are no instructions for use, start-up or assembly with this product. It came with an extra pump, but you have to take it apart to increase or decrease the flow, which is a problem as it's not easy to see where to reattach the part of the nozzle that ejects water . Even after adjusting the stream several times, it was still two small streams. Luckily that's more than enough for our baby bearded dragon for now, but it's very disappointing. It's also a lot more than I expected. The picture on the internet is really not fair, it's quite big. My bearded baby could put his whole body in it now if he wanted to. Hopefully this will last for some time with us as I have read that some people don't like to drink from water bowls and prefer to drink from running water so I went with the fountain. I put Reptisafe in the water and everything is fine. I probably wouldn't buy again if I had to because I have to disassemble it so many times to get it working properly. Too bad he came with instructions.
