Very unsatisfied with the quality. The crystals are only attached with very thin wire to a metal wire cage with large gaps, they are very loose, only picking it up sounds like a bell and looks like it is very difficult to keep clean with large gaps. . I live between a main road with big trucks and a railroad track and there are children in the room above. It can't help but rattle all the time, which is why I never installed it or returned it. If it rattles slightly in my hand, it's definitely worse on my ceiling. Would not recommend to anyone unless you require a chime ceiling fan. I prefer reliable and quiet fans.
