Go in size, it's a bit short but so cute!
This dress is amazing and worth the money - we got so many compliments! Our daughter is 21 months old and we are a size 2/3.
It fits her well, it's a bit short and the armholes are a bit big. However very cute for a small price - looks like a boutique dress!
