Review on Melissa Doug Wipe Clean Surface Geography by Kartik Starks

Solid but everything moves

It's more useful for exploring continents than other puzzles I've seen, but I don't understand why puzzle makers can't make pieces that actually connect to help you move forward be able. Even if you do the edges first, the other shapes (which do NOT match the continental borders in all cases) don't line up exactly, making it difficult for kids to put them together. Everything moves as you try to finish it. I got this for my five and eight year olds and it was a bit frustrating. But the details are solid.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Some difficulty
