Our diaper champion broke and we needed a quick fix. Unfortunately all DC's were sold out online and in stores or very expensive (don't know why) so we went with this one instead. After a week we noticed that the smell wasn't holding back. We have a small toddler and this thing just can't handle baby poop! You caught the smell every time you opened the top flap door to put in a new diaper. Note - we changed the bag about once a week. She goes to daycare every day of the week so it's not crowded or anything. Every time we emptied the decor I got sick. My husband has started taking it to the foyer to put as far away as possible when he empties it. He says that emptying the bag was disgusting as you had to uncover the bag and grab it all the way to get it out. Cutting the bags open with the little knife on the door was easy, but changing the diaper bag still took a long time. The top hinged door was also broken. After a month of use, it didn't close completely. The small trapdoor under the pop-up flap stayed closed (sorry for the bad wording, I don't know the names of the individual parts). My husband doesn't like it and neither do I. We have returned this product and have already ordered another Champ diaper. I do not recommend!
