My 18 month old daughter can't walk yet (hypermobility/low pitch) but she loves running on the toys in our house. We wanted some options that she could take outside. She is good at quad biking, but prefers the Pewi Y Bike. I think the Pewi is a bit better for the smallest riders because their feet don't hit the wheels and the wheels are more like little suitcase wheels that spin in all directions. On the Pewi Y Bike, she can move faster with less effort than on the Quadie. The steering of the Quadie also requires more coordination from the young driver than with the Pewi. I've attached a photo of both for comparison.
