This material requires training. I called Cricut to clear up the confusion about printing on the "correct" side. The correct side to print on is the satin paper side. On the other side is plastic transfer paper. In addition, a reusable sheet is provided to iron the picture. I learned the hard way that less heat is better. I applied too much heat and it pulled out some of my ink. I think next time I'll use fabric instead of parchment paper. Also, make sure your iron doesn't touch your nude picture! I accidentally did it and removed some more ink. 4 stars for Cricut's unclear and conflicting instructions; The instructions on the packaging do not match the online instructions. You have to follow the instructions online! One more thing: allow the printed image to dry for at least 15 minutes before applying it to the mat. Probably longer would be better.
