The bag is quite durable. Only time will tell, but so far it seems well built. It has plenty of space, pockets and adjustable shoulder straps. I use it to bike my dog, so I'd prefer it to be as close to my body as possible. Admittedly, my dog is 50 pounds, so I'm not going to win races with her in my bag. I've ridden with her twice and she seems to enjoy it. My dog is feisty so he weighs about 25 pounds and is quite long. I would say it suits her just right. The bag also comes with a pair of support posts, which effectively prevent the bag from falling on the dog. Also, the strap that allows you to attach your dog to the bag is hidden under a pad at the bottom of the bag when you first take it out. Make sure you use it, especially on a bike as a 25lb dog jumping out of a bag at high speed could be a disaster. At the moment I am very satisfied. If anything changes I will update my review.
