God I have biracial thick/thin hair. Fragile and fluffy. Warning that this product has a strong odor. So strong that I dried my hair outdoors with a hair dryer and flat iron. Don't curl or bend your hair. The hair is soft to the touch and the dream is wrapped in a silk scarf. The next day, take a shower at noon and rinse off the skin. I shampooed twice and after 10 minutes left the conditioner called Keraphix by Nexxus. After rinsing, I let my hair air dry. Dries outside in 15 minutes. It fell on my shoulders in soft, beautiful waves. Then I applied Qi at 350 to the hair. Hair became much stronger, shinier and more flexible. I loved the 7 Big Barrel Curls and voila, hair with body, movement and improved elasticity. I use it every season, enough for 3-4 months.
