I wear a size 7M or W depending on the brand. The great thing about the Ryka is that they are designed for the female foot so I can stick with the medium. The toe box is roomy but the heel isn't too wide (like most brands which causes slippage if I order a larger width). appearance of raised sneakers; removable insole is orthopedic in nature; they are waterproof; have a warm lining; cozy; I love the aspen color and the subtle snake print, so I wear it with black and/or olive green.
