Strong and durable for light monitors. Easy to assemble. Very difficult to set up. If the monitor weighs over 7 pounds, it cannot stand upright. Samsung's 23-inch LCD monitor requires it to touch another monitor to keep it upright. I've tightened the nuts to the point where the hex wrench loosens, but it's still not tight enough. If one monitor is heavier than the other, the heavy monitor will sag an inch or more. The sagging is annoying when you want to straighten them. I have monitors 23" and 22", the spread on the arms is wide. I don't think you can have a pair of 24 inch monitors side by side and still set them up unless they were in portrait mode. Bad wiring. A few clips on each arm and then at the top center. The bracket is partially padded, the rings on the bottom are bare metal and could cut into a wooden table if tightened. If I buy another one it wins, if not I'll spend a few bucks more to get a well designed one.
