So far, so good. They sit at the stove and get very used to it. Easy to use, no mess, decent capacity, beautiful appearance. They come with little lids to sit on when not in use. Stupid really. After the second day, the caps simply went into the drawer. I would have preferred a number 8 mat that you could place both on when not in use. However, this will also remove excess salt and pepper on the counter at the same time, but is easily removed if desired. In fact, this is not a trifle, but rather an offer for the seller. You can improve your product with a simple change.
