What a great find! This is a sturdy loaf pan that is strong but not heavy. It's made of steel (not aluminum), which makes it lightweight. So far the non-stick coating works well. So far I've used it for bread: I knead the dough in a bread machine, then bake it in the oven, the crust is evenly browned, a sure sign of the consistency of the thickness of the metal on the sides and bottom of the pan. I've also used it for meatloaf - no problem here either. And finally, I made a lemon blueberry tart for Easter brunch last weekend - not gooey at all. and it only takes a few minutes to wash and dry this pan. I've used it maybe 8-10 times and it's holding up great. No trace of rust, no trace of the non-stick coating losing its properties - I'm sold. This is a good and durable bread pan at a reasonable price, solid construction that will last for years. I'm so pleased with it that I'm seriously considering replacing some of my old non-stick pans that have lost their charm with new ones from this brand. A good thing!
