Review on Headphones Sennheiser CX 300-II, black by Mateusz Kot ᠌

Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

The lack of advantages entirely kills the desire to purchase this model. That starts with the cost. For this product, the pricing is excessively high. If you have even a basic ear, you should adjust the sound coming out of the box since else the highs will convert any composition into a metallic rasp. The bottoms and middles are higher level than the top, though I won't say I'm thrilled with them. The equalization can be easily adjusted, though. Perhaps there is something you can do about this drawback. Also, it should be remembered that headphones have an approximate lifespan of one year, possibly plus or minus. I used three sets of these headphones, all of which were brand-new, but after roughly the same amount of time, all three pairs developed the same issue: the left earpiece stopped working. The three wires' intersection, or "at the fork," is where the issue always arises. The second pair had to wait because the store was unsure, but the check revealed that it was a second marriage. I had successfully exchanged the first pair for a new one. Unfortunately, I made a mistake for the third time. I purchased Sound Magic e10, which allowed me to walk three times farther than I could with Sennheiser CX 300-II. Then after using other headphones for a while, I switched back to the Sennheiser CX 300-II, but only for about three months until the same thing happened, despite the fact that I used them much less than usual. I contacted to Sennheiser with a complaint, received a response-excuse, and was thus denied the chance to have this product changed. If I kept using them in this manner, I could buy new headphones every year because, based on my experience, the headphones have such a marriage. Therefore be sure to handle the checks, and do not be afraid to ask for a replacement. Get a better product with excellent assistance, ideally. I no longer consider Sennheiser to be one of those.

Pros
  • Comfy headphones look nice and include wires of various lengths that let you drape one earpiece around your neck. Even though they might have overlooked a small clothespin, it is not important. I thought the soundproofing was good. Two years of warranty.
Cons
  • cost, service life, audio quality, and tech support.
