My daughter's head didn't fit through the shirt but that may have more to do with her head size than her the shirt. She's tiny for her age so at almost 5 she's still wearing 3T (sometimes 4T) clothes but I believe she has a bigger head than the average 3 or 4 year old. But the pants fit great! And we're going to cut a slit in the shirt to make it work.
