You can buy knives on Amazon that are 40% thinner, which is a hell of a thing when cutting starchy foods. I have Henckel paring knives, but I'm sure there are others. However, some people buy a full-stock knife for 10 times the price. It looks great and has a blade thickness of at least 2 mm. i am one of them The fact is that this expensive knife will be sitting in a drawer most of the time, it's utterly useless except for its looks. this is me what do you think
