Strap broke within 24 hours
I like the purse- it looks professional and is large.
However, I was using the shoulder strap and the clasp broke! I didn't have the bag overpacked, so this was super disappointing. Upon initial receipt of the purse, I was planning to order a few more colors, but now I am rethinking this.
