Review on Medium Roast Whole Bean Coffee - 100% Colombian Peaks by Eight O'Clock Coffee, 40 Oz by Derek Cage

My grandfather drank this (although I'm pretty sure it wasn't caffeinated, decaffeinated). I don't like most coffees because I can't stand their bitter or burnt taste. I especially hate Starbucks or any other greasy coffee. However, I LOVE eight o'clock coffee! So soft, not bitter at all. It also has a very light, non-burned taste. It's so refreshing! I'm only allowed to have decaffeinated coffee (as prescribed by the doctor), so I tried a few before finally finding one I like. My wife is a Starbucks addict (no kidding, she really is) and we decided for her health that it was time to break the habit. She was very skeptical about "my coffee" and didn't want to try it. When she tried the decaffeinated Eight O'Clock she was thrilled and asked me to order more. This suggests that a lot of it came from Mrs. Coffee Snob herself.
