These items were perfect for what I needed. A few notes: POINT ONE: When I bought it I noticed that some other manufacturers use "non-standard" sizes for the screws that go into the adapter from the sides. This can be a problem when trying to fit them into a tool-less hard drive enclosure, which obviously uses the same diameter and spacing as standard 3.5" drives. Rest assured this unit uses the same screws as the hard drive and fits perfectly in my internal hard drive rack as shown in the pictures. Which brings me to this...POINT TWO: First, the mounting screws needed for my internal HD stand wouldn't thread into the holes in the adapter, so I thought I'd throw a spanner in the works. Looking closely at the mounting screws included in the kit, I noticed that they were not "regular" straight-threaded mounting screws, but tapered screws. This made me realize that the tapered screws were needed to cut through the blue coating that also covered the threads in the mounting holes. Therefore, if using screws other than those provided, you must first use the tapered screws to "drive" the threads as you would with a tap. Once that's done, the coating is stripped off the threads and my special tool-less hardware for my internal HD rack is simply screwed in. TL:DR - great quality parts at a great price. Obtain!
